Meet Dr. Noah Frey
Your Hershey Chiropractor
Dr. Noah Frey is a chiropractor who believes the best care happens when people feel heard, respected, and supported. At Quantum Family Chiropractic, every visit is one-on-one with Dr. Noah, allowing care to stay personal, consistent, and focused on what each person actually needs.
His path to chiropractic began after a serious spinal injury during his teenage years that affected his ability to play sports and carry out daily life. After being presented with the possibility of surgery at a young age, Dr. Noah experienced firsthand how chiropractic care could support healing, restore function, and change the direction of his health. That experience shaped how he approaches care today.
Dr. Noah practices chiropractic with a wellness-focused mindset, emphasizing how the nervous system influences movement, function, and the body’s ability to adapt to stress. Rather than relying on cookie-cutter plans or rushing through appointments, he takes a thoughtful approach to each visit, adjusting care based on comfort, safety, and individual needs.
He enjoys caring for people of all ages, including families, pregnant moms, children, and athletes. His goal is not just to help people feel better in the moment, but to support long-term health and confidence in their bodies over time.
About Quantum Family Chiropractic
Hershey Family Chiropractor
Quantum Family Chiropractic was created with a simple goal in mind: to provide thoughtful, personalized chiropractic care in a setting that feels calm, welcoming, and focused on the individual.
The practice is intentionally designed to be doctor-led and relationship-driven, allowing every visit to remain consistent and unrushed.

The name Quantum reflects the belief that small, precise changes can create meaningful improvements in how the body functions and adapts. Care is centered on supporting nervous system health and helping people move through life with greater ease, stability, and confidence.

Unlike high-volume clinics, Quantum Family Chiropractic operates on a direct-pay, pay-per-visit model. There are no long-term contracts, no sales pressure, and no one-size-fits-all care plans. Instead, care is tailored to each person based on their goals, comfort level, and how their body responds over time.

The practice welcomes individuals and families of all ages, including pregnant moms, children, athletes, and those simply looking to feel better and function well in their daily lives.
Whether you are seeking care for a specific concern or ongoing wellness support, Quantum Family Chiropractic offers a personalized experience built on trust and intention.

Family, Community, and Why “Quantum” Matters
This is my family (well, most of them). Family has always been central to Dr. Noah’s life and to the way Quantum Family Chiropractic was created. He believes strong families are the foundation of healthy communities, which is why “family” is more than just a word in the practice name.
At Quantum Family Chiropractic, care is centered on supporting individuals and families through every stage of life. The goal is not only to help people feel better, but to build a community that is more resilient, adaptable, and better equipped to handle the physical and emotional stressors of everyday life.
This practice was built to be welcoming, personal, and relationship-driven. Patients are treated like people, not appointments, and families are cared for with the same attention and intention Dr. Noah would want for his own.
When patients walk through the door, they’re not just receiving care, they’re becoming part of a community focused on long-term health and well-being.

A Personal Note From Dr. Noah
I’m Dr. Noah (center), and I graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in December of 2023. This was a particularly meaningful day for my family, as I became the second Doctor of Chiropractic in our family, following my uncle, Dr. Randy Frey (right).

My journey to chiropractic began years earlier. In high school, I suffered a serious spinal injury that significantly affected my ability to play sports and carry out daily activities. The pain became severe enough that there were mornings I couldn’t get out of bed, impacting me physically, mentally, and emotionally. After seeing multiple specialists and undergoing MRI imaging, I was faced with the possibility of spinal surgery at just 17 years old.

Before moving forward, my parents spoke with my uncle about my condition. Through thoughtful, high-quality chiropractic care, I began to improve within weeks and was able to return fully to athletics without surgery. That experience changed the direction of my life and shaped how I view health, healing, and the body’s ability to adapt when properly supported.

This photo was taken on my graduation day, and the college graciously included my uncle in the ceremony. Pictured on the left is Dr. Jack Bourla, President of Sherman College of Chiropractic. It is my hope that I can impact others in the same meaningful way chiropractic care impacted my life. I consider it a privilege and an honor to serve my community, and I look forward to meeting you.

God bless,
Dr. Noah
